Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Radarkit ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Radarkit is an AI search visibility platform. It monitors how brands, products and businesses appear in responses from AI assistants and AI search features, analyses that data, and provides tools and AI agents to act on it.

2.1 Core Features

  1. AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, in 50+ countries
  2. Competitor analysis, including share of voice, average position and visibility scores
  3. Citation and source analysis, including tracking of specific pages (Page Radar)
  4. Sentiment analysis of AI responses
  5. Query fan-out data: the web searches AI assistants run when answering
  6. Local Radar: tracking of which local businesses AI assistants recommend, where you rank and who is recommended instead
  7. Shopping Radar: tracking of the products and merchants shown in AI shopping results
  8. Ads Radar: tracking of the ads shown alongside AI answers, and the advertisers behind them
  9. AI agents for content creation, content optimization, outreach and planning
  10. Integrations, including Google Analytics 4 (read-only), an API and an MCP server
  11. Reporting, including PDF reports, data exports and shareable read-only report links

2.2 Third-Party AI Platforms

The Service observes AI platforms operated by third parties that Radarkit does not control. Their responses vary by time, location and other factors, so results are a point-in-time measurement. Radarkit does not guarantee any particular mention, ranking, citation or visibility outcome.

2.3 Content Created With the Service

Content produced with the Service's agents is built from your Radarkit data, such as search, citation and AI visibility data, and every step is reviewed and approved by you before anything is published or sent. You remain responsible for the content you choose to publish or send.

2.4 Changes to Features

We may add, change or remove features of the Service over time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  2. Maintain and update your account information
  3. Keep your password secure and confidential
  4. Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  1. Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  2. Infringe on intellectual property rights
  3. Transmit harmful or malicious code
  4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  5. Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure data storage practices.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Radarkit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  1. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  2. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  3. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  4. You can cancel your subscription at any time

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radarkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
